NWIBaths.com, a growing and dynamic organization specializing in bathroom remodeling solutions, is seeking energetic and motivated Brand Ambassadors to join our team! If you're passionate about engaging with potential customers, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and contributing to the growth of our business, this opportunity is for you. Compensation: * Starting pay at $15 per hour plus commission * Experienced Brand Ambassadors make upwards of $25 per hour * Performance-based incentives and bonuses Responsibilities: * Represent NWIBaths.com at marketing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities * Set up and maintain an attractive and informative booth to engage potential customers * Present our products and services in a professional and persuasive manner * Generate appointments for our outside sales reps by capturing leads and scheduling meetings * Maintain a friendly, approachable, and positive attitude at all times * Track and report event performance, leads, and appointment conversions * Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize event presence and outcomes Requirements: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work nights and weekends as required * Previous experience in event marketing, promotions, or sales is a plus * Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets * Strong problem-solving and customer service skills * Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various event locations To apply, please submit your resume explaining why you would be a great fit for our Brand Ambassador role.
