Telephone Customer Service Representative
Job Description
NWON is looking for four experienced Telephone Customer Service Representatives for full time in person work. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. IF YOU ARE PUNCTUAL, HAVE A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE PLEASE APPLY.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 8 AM TO 8 PM. SCHEDULE MAY FLUCTUATE 8 HOURS IN A WORK WEEK BETWEEN 8 AM TO 8 PM.
MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK 1 SATURDAY PER MONTH in a call center setting.
Each work pod is PPE equipped with plexiglass, wipes, masks, etc.
Center City location.
The selected candidates will be responsible for providing assistance to customers via telephone and correspondence in a timely manner.
Answer up to 75 incoming calls each day.
Must have at least one year of verifiable professional experience in a call center setting.
Must have good computer skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately handle complaints concerning services rendered in a professional and courteous manner
Accurately process, document and record mail correspondence
Research and review correspondence to assess action to be taken
Prepares paperwork for processing of refund due to customers
Schedule hearings
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
One year of verifiable telephone customer service experience
Excellent oral and written communications skills
