Volunteer Digital Marketing Intern

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Volunteer Digital Marketing Intern who is passionate about digital marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in areas such as content creation, social media management, and analytics. The Volunteer Digital Marketing Intern will work closely with the marketing team to support various digital marketing initiatives and contribute to the company's online presence and brand visibility.

Please note that this role is a Volunteer Internship, no wages will be provided

Responsibilities:

· Content Creation Support: Create engaging content for digital marketing channels, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website updates, collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas and themes

· Social Media Management: Monitor social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics. Develop social media strategies to increase followers and drive traffic to the company's website

· Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, and email marketing software. Compile data into reports and dashboards to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

· Market Research Assistance: Conduct market research activities, including gathering data from various sources such as industry reports, databases, and online sources

· Industry Trends Monitoring: Monitor industry publications, news articles, and online forums to stay updated on industry developments, emerging trends, and regulatory changes relevant to client industries

· Presentation Preparation: Create visually appealing presentations summarizing research findings, insights, and recommendations. Help in formatting slides, charts, and graphs to enhance clarity and impact

· Learning and Development: Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions offered by the consulting firm. Take initiative to learn new research methodologies, analytical tools, and industry best practices

Must Haves – Required Education, Certifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Students currently enrolled in a University Bachelor’s or Master’s program
• Strong computer skills (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Workspace)
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Location: Remote

Additional Information:

• This volunteer internship ( unpaid ) will take place from June 2024 through August 2024
• Hours are flexible during business hours, Monday through Friday
