  • Responsibilities

    Prestigious New York-based real estate firm seeks an Executive Service Manager / Corporate Hospitality Lead to oversee and elevate its Executive Service Team. This individual will be responsible for delivering flawless, anticipatory hospitality to executives and high-profile guests, while managing, training, and developing staff in fine dining service standards. The position is primarily Monday through Friday, from approximately 8 AM to 6 PM, with flexibility for some early mornings, later evenings, and rare weekend needs, including coverage for occasional Sunday errands as required. The role requires a hands-on leader with excellent delegation, organizational, and communication skills, who thrives in a professional, client-focused environment.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Deliver seamless, elevated executive dining service for executives and guests, providing anticipatory, discreet service within a corporate setting
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level executive hospitality needs
    • Oversee the team’s daily operations, scheduling, and task delegation across pantries, conference rooms, and executive dining services
    • Lead, manage, train, and evaluate the Executive Service Team in fine dining standards including open-handed service, discreet fork replacement, and formal meal service
    • Ensure plated and buffet meals are presented in a clean, organized, and visually polished manner
    • Anticipate and address the needs of executives and guests, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times
    • Delegate responsibilities effectively to balance team workload and ensure smooth operations
    • Proactively coordinate and oversee logistics for executive events, meetings, and meals, maintaining an exceptional hospitality standard
    • Manage catering orders, inventory purchasing, and vendor relationships
    • Oversee storage upkeep and ensure all service areas are impeccably maintained
    • Maintain oversight of budgets for food and labor, forecasting costs for evolving services and products
    • Identify inefficiencies in current service operations and implement process improvements
    • Provide occasional weekend coverage for “Sunday shopping” errands (groceries for executives)
    • Manage coverage and oversee the Executive Server schedule, arranging coverage as needed, which may require temporary staff or personal coverage by the Manager
    • Perform additional executive service and hospitality duties as requested

    Requirements

    • Strong command of the English language with outstanding writing and verbal communication skills; professional email and correspondence proficiency
    • Excellent references from both current and previous employers required
    • Minimum 7–10 years related experience in fine dining service leadership, corporate hospitality, or luxury hotel service
    • High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; Culinary degree with a focus on service a PLUS
    • Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish a PLUS
    • Managerial background with strong delegation and organizational skills
    • Proven ability to train, mentor, and manage staff while modeling exceptional service
    • Expertise in budget management, cost forecasting, ordering systems, and inventory oversight
    • Polished, poised, and professional in both mindset and manner, exercising utmost discretion at all times
    • Hands-on, anticipatory leader with a refined service mindset and outstanding follow-through
    • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to translate fine dining and luxury hospitality standards into a corporate office environment
    • Flexible schedule with willingness to work occasional early mornings, evenings, and assist with weekend errands as required
    • Availability and willingness to personally fill in for schedule gaps when necessary
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer

    Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 per annum + benefits
