Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

·      Coordinate product sourcing from overseas vendors

·      Perform costs comparison and analysis

·      Monitor and comply to custom duty, tariff and other regulatory mandates

·      Conduct product inventory, sales and purchase history review

·      Coordinate with overseas teams to negotiate with manufacturing suppliers and create purchase orders to the suppliers

·      Perform product data verification and create product records in SAP; Communicate the completion of new product records to internal teams

·      Conduct sample product inspections and approvals

You will have the opportunity to learn about:

·      International business operations, import, and logistics

·      Supply chain management including Product Master, Purchase Order, Inventory Management, Sales Reporting on SAP ERP System

·      End-to-end business processes in a dynamic and friendly work environment

·      Various business functions by self-initiated peer mentoring

REQUIREMENTS:

·      Good verbal and written communications plus friendly interpersonal skills

·      Strong analytical skills and detailed oriented mindset to troubleshoot issues

·      Proficient skills in Spreadsheet, Power Point, and other commonly used software

·      Ability to work independently as well as being a team player

·      Business major or minor a plus

·      Mandarin language skill a big plus

WORK HOURS: 9-5:30, Mon – Fri. Occasional overtime to coordinate with overseas teams.

WAGE: Negotiable
