You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. Responsibilities: • Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies • Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience • Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims • Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping • Cultivating relationships, with a view to helping every family member or individual pursue financial security Qualifications: • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite • Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued • Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus • Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued • Sales experience preferred – enterprising mindset, no mile too far • Desire to help families and businesses to “Be Good At Life.” • Bilingual Language preferred, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Portuguese, etc. Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 yearly
