You’ll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate our products, processing claims and inquiries, and developing an ever-growing lead list to secure new business. Responsibilities: • Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies • Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies • Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims • Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date • Cultivating relationships, with a view to helping every family member or individual pursue financial security Qualifications: • Skilled with Microsoft Office • Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred • Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred • Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must • Sales experience preferred – enterprising mindset, no mile too far • Desire to help families and businesses to “Be Good At Life.” • Bilingual Language preferred, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Portuguese, etc. Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 yearly
