Looking for excellent people to help grow our office that wants to be their own boss, but have all of the support needed from a Fortune 100 Company. Responsibilities: • Recruit and maintain new advisors • Build your own Team and culture • Run sales meetings • Problem solve • Help grow the office Qualifications: • Management experience, preferably in Sales or an MBA • Eventually will need Securities Licenses (SIE, 6, and 63) • Unless in same industry, will need to hit performance numbers within 12 months to be eligible. Compensation: $125,000+
