    The entry-level position is a client-based role where you run your own practice, but have the support of a Fortune 100 company. As a Financial Professional with New York Life, you will guide individuals, families, and businesses alike into the financial future they desire by utilizing our expansive insurance and financial product lines. Responsibilities: • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively and independently • Outgoing personality with the ability to develop relationships (i.e., “People Person") and a sincere desire to help others • Fearless, positive attitude and willingness to be accountable for results organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time-management skills • A desire for continuous learning • Good communicator—excellent listening skills and ability to explain complex information in a simple and concise manner Qualifications: • 4-year College Degree is preferred but not required • The candidate must be an accomplished communicator with strong verbal and written skills • Prior sales and/or business experience preferred • Enterprising mindset • Strong desire to help others • Holds or is willing to attain SIE, 6 and 63 within 1st year • It is also a plus if you have strong interpersonal management skills, are a self-starter, and are capable of working individually as well as in a team environment Compensation: $55,000 - $80,000 yearly
