    Job Description

     

    WE ARE SEEKING A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) WHO WOULD PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT EACH CUSTOMER RECEIVES EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE BY PROVIDING A FRIENDLY, ENTHUSIASTIC, AND RELAXING EXPERIENCE WHETHER VIA WEBSITE, PHONE, EMAIL OR CHAT.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • The CSR works professionally while completing any and all activities during any & all customer touch-points to ensure compliance with all Company policies & procedures.
    • The CSR ensures validity of customer Warranty Requests, Returns, Exchanges, Refund Authorizations, Voids, and discretionary discounts. Works under the supervision of the Sales Manager (SM) and applicable department heads and is accountable for correctly receiving, completing and fulfilling sales transactions, product & service support requests related to any/all customer communications received via the Retail & Wholesale portals to include; required NetSuite documentation, sales order (SO) paperwork, payment authorization(s), order fulfillment and/or discounting authorization(s), and other related and associated activities.
    • The CSR position will spend the majority of the workday managing customer requests, concerns, documenting requests & concerns & related activity in the pursuit of a resolution as well as being proactive in the pursuit of error-free ordering and trouble-shooting issues to ensure customer satisfaction while keeping the goals of the Company in mind. Post conflict/complaint resolution will require timely reporting and posting of relevant activity within NetSuite corresponding to the appropriate customer accounts when applicable
    • Hours 9 am - 6 pm
    • Salary - negotiable

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College preferred; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is recommended.
    • LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of Company.
    • MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
    • REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
    • COMPUTER SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have some workable knowledge of Accounting Software; Database Software; Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook); Contract Management Systems; Order Processing Systems; Word Processing Software (Word); Presentation Software (PowerPoint); Proprietary Software (Profit).
