Responsibilities: As a Manager in Training (MIT) you will be learning and perfecting the duties of a General and/or Assistant Manager. Management training typically takes 3 months and may require some travel to training. Responsibilities: Managing food and labor cost variables in order to improve store revenue and productivity Developing staff schedules and manage time and attendance of employees Maintaining high level of customer service and product excellence to keep being 'A SUB ABOVE' in the industry Implement staff training programs and development plans Processing corrective action and write-ups Oversee or help oversee the operations of the restaurant Qualifications: Two years experience of restaurant leadership Willing to have a flexible schedule that includes working holidays, weekends, early mornings, and nights Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field / in pursuit of (preferred, but not required) Encompass a high-level of energy and professionalism
