Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Site Manager - Red Hook, Brooklyn.
In this role, the successful candidate The Site Manager provides administrative oversight of the daily operations of all programs and services provided by the Family Health Centers (FHC) at NYU Langone. Offers strong organizational skills, is an innovative and creative problem solver, and is able to work successfully and independently. The Site Manager will work closely and in collaboration with the FHC Site Directors, Site clinic leadership (Medical and Dental), and FHC leadership to achieve the Centers financial and operational goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Practice Management
* Plans and coordinates the day-to-day activities of the FHC under the guidance of the Site Director.
* Assists the Site Director in the development of the center’s vision and strategic plans, as well as executing the recommendations and initiatives set by leadership.
* Plans, develops, directs and monitors initiatives to improve and maintain desired performance targets in the areas of patient care, clinical and financial operations, revenue cycle, patient experience, and quality performance.
* Selects, assigns, supervises and evaluates clinical and administrative support staff.
* Oversees personnel administration and performance management with the Human Resources department.
* Collaborates with FHC Leadership and RED+F to ensure the safety and comfort of patients and employees, and enforcement of emergency action plans when necessary.
* Ensures clinical and administrative information systems operate effectively and collaborates with FHC Site Director, Leadership and MCIT to offer recommendatios that enhance the clinical operations and business activities within the Center.
* Works cooperatively with appropriate departments across the Family Health Centers at NYU Langone, NYU Langone Health System.
* Works closely with Site Director to carry out marketing outreach and health education activities to promote patient compliance and access to care.
* Ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
* Resolves patient complaints and monitors patient and staff satisfaction.
* Assist in troubleshooting institutional issues as they relate to the FHC.
* Oversees scheduling to ensure adequate staffing.
* Performs other duties as assigned or requested by Site Director.
Financial Management:
* Assists Site Director with site’s financial management including development of annual operating budgets and participation in business development initiatives.
* In conjunction with Site Director, collaboratively responsible for implementing business plan components and monitoring achievement of benchmarks and goals and changing direction as needed.
* Oversees the business office functions of the center and serves as primary contact with Revenue Cycle, Managed Care and Finance.
* Assists Site Director in tracking and reporting operating and financial results and helps develops strategies to address unfavorable performance that promote achieving the centers desired goals and outcomes.
* Performs reconcilation of vendor invoices on a monthly basis.
* Responsible for Payroll functions and changes as directed.
* Assists with staff scheduling and resourcing.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $75,186.80 - $78,840.32 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
