  • Responsibilities

    Registration/Receptionist needed for busy, multispecialty ASC in Princeton New Jersey. United Surgical Partners International is a company that specializes in the development and operation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities in the U.S. and the UK. We provide first-class surgical services for local communities and recognize our employees as our number one assets. The Registration/Receptionist interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff; Admit patients and process their paperwork; Update patient demographics/information in system; Collect monies due and document in the billing system; Handle funds per office procedure. Answer incoming phone calls. Assists the Business Office Coordinator with related business duties.

     

    Flexible schedule 5 days a week with in patient schedule.

    Required Skills

    High school graduate or equivalent. *One year previous experience or some hospital/surgery center clerical experience or medical terminology preferred. *Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties. *Forty-five (45) wpm typing skills required. *Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial *Bilingual preferred. *Good communication skills.

     

    USPI complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce.  If you are offered this position and must be vaccinated under any applicable law, you will be required to show proof of full vaccination or obtain an approval of a religious or medical exemption prior to your start date.  If you receive an exemption from the vaccination requirement, you will be required to submit to regular testing in accordance with the law.
