Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Facilities Operations Manager.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring and maintaining critical infrastructure operational technology (OT) systems in accordance with established procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, contractors and facilities operations to install, test and maintain critical infrastructure operational technology (OT) systems such as building management systems, lighting control systems, power control and monitoring systems, energy plant management systems and elevator monitoring system, etc.
* Manage capital construction OT security review and on-site security control testing
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers and facilities operations to identify, review, evaluate and implement OT systems in projects
* Document and maintain drawings and specifications of OT systems and network/integration diagrams in projects as well as system ownership and responsible parties
* Oversee OT system network and server installation in coordination with project managers and contractors
* Coordinate contractor’s network remote access and account setup
* Collaborate with project managers and facilities operations to perform vulnerability testing of OT systems
* Lead change management process for OT systems and develop communication and training material for system patches and new features
* Coordinate and develop OT system training for users
* Collaborate with vendors to maintain system configuration and routinely monitor data transfer from and to OT systems
* Manage user access and accounts and perform user setup configuration including permissions levels and user security roles including adding, disabling and updating user access
* Troubleshoot OT network and hardware issues in collaboration with vendors
* Develop and maintain OT security standards and requirements
* Develop and maintain OT security awareness programs across facilities teams by providing training(workshops, tabletop exercises, educational programs, etc.), and on-going communication consistent with industry best practices to ensure compliance with OT design and security standards
* Develop and maintain knowledge of best practices, threats and trends in OT industry
* Log and track problems and work tickets with external vendor support
* Perform other duties as assigned

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $92,065.99 - $108,000.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
