    Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Operating Room Manager to join our team, must be a Registered Nurse (RN). The Operating Room Manager will play a pivotal role in leading our surgical team, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide leadership and direction to the surgical team, including nurses, surgical technicians, and support staff.
    • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of surgical cases to optimize efficiency and resource utilization.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, including infection control protocols.
    • Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
    • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
    • Manage the operating room budget, including supply inventory and equipment maintenance.
    • Participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
    • Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the OR department.

    Required Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
    • Current RN license and CNOR certification.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in perioperative nursing with progressive leadership responsibilities.
    • Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, equipment, and technology.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
    • Proficiency in regulatory compliance and quality assurance processes.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and organizational abilities.
    • Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
