    Position Summary:
    We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Assistant Project Manager.

    The mission of Real Estate Development and Facilities (RED+F) Department is to plan, develop, operate and maintain the campus of the NYU Langone Medical Center and provide the foundation for its growth and success in the 21st century. RED+F provides strategic campus planning and project development services, including architectural studies, programming, design, construction and associated infrastructure and technological upgrades, for new structures and renovations to existing structures on the NYU Langone Medical Center campus. The Department also operates and manages all facilities, infrastructure and related support services across the medical center. RED+F is composed of the Real Estate, Housing, Planning & Project Development, Facilities Operations & Management, Finance & Administration, Campus Security, Environmental Services, Environmental Health & Safety, Radiation Safety and Clinical Engineering divisions.
    THIS ROLE WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM TO MAINTAIN UPDATED PROJECT SCHEDULES IN THE DEPARTMENTS PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS.

    Job Responsibilities:

    * Facilitate meetings with project schedulers and RED+F stakeholders to update and refine schedule templates in P6.
    * Collaborate with project schedulers to maintain consistent Activity IDs across all projects.
    * Perform quality assurance and quality control checks to spot and address anomalies in project data and P6 schedules.
    * Maintain the workflows for construction safety inspections and punch lists in Procore.
    * Organize and maintain project-specific directories, distribution lists, email alerts, and reports in Procore.
    * Assist project teams in organizing construction drawing sets and submittal processes in Procore.
    * Develop and update Procore training materials and organize training sessions for users.
    * Perform user account setup and access level configuration in Procore.
    * Manage and update Matterport 3D models, and coordinate with project managers for onsite 3D scanning activities.
    * Maintain safety inspection performance metrics for daily construction activities 
    * Remain up to date on new construction management technologies and trends in the construction industry.
    * Log and track problems and work tickets with external vendor support.
    * Perform other duties as assigned
    

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, facilities management or related field
    • Minimum of 3 years work experience with project management
    • Experience in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
    • Must be organized, detailed-orientated, dependable and flexible
    • Have excellent oral/written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding design and implementation
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects as business needs change
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

    NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $63,935.04 - $79,500.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
