Registered Nurse Endoscopy PRN

Alabama Digestive Health Endoscopy Center is a bustling outpatient endoscopy center. We are embarking on a search for a skilled PRN GI Endoscopy RN. No weekends, call, or holiday hours required.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate ability to work as a team member and to communicate directly and professionally. The RN must be also:

• Be flexible, reliable, productive, patient-oriented, and self-motivated!
• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the lifespan.
• Maintains professional conduct and appearance.

Required Skills

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Currently, unrestricted RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Minimum of one-year experience in Outpatient Endoscopy or surgery center.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Required Experience

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
