    Position Summary:
    We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sourcing Coordinator-Supply Chain Management (Corporate Services).

    In this role, the successful candidate as the Corporate Sourcing Coordinator reports directly to the Corporate Sourcing Manager or Associate Director. The Sourcing Coordinator will assist the Corporate Sourcing Team with various administrative tasks associated with the contracting/procurement process, including contract maintenance management, Item Management, Capital/Asset Benchmarking, drafting simple contract documents based on approved templates/guidelines, track savings and/or rebates and a limited amount of administrative office duties as assigned.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Contract Maintenance/Management

    * Upload all fully executed agreements within the contract repository database
    * Provide and review relevant reporting upcoming repository expirations (30/60/90/120)
    * Reach out to end users and Supply Chain Management (SCM) team for expiring repository contracts
    * Update actioned contract extensions to the CMT tool as negotiated by Sourcing
    * Upload price files, notes, for GPO and Local contracts within the CMT tool
    * Service Contract reconciliation against Clinical Engineering Asset Management report if appropriate
    * Manage leases - External NYU Customer Service/End User Inquiry’s and support, if appropriate
    * Update or maintain Preferred Events related Supplier information, if appropriate
    * Initiate PO requisitions on behalf of Sourcing team if needed
    * Route agreements for approval as directed by Sourcing, when needed
    

    Item Management

    * PSR product add
    * Request and track Prodigo Files
    * Add/Removal of items from ERP
    

    Capital/Asset Benchmarking:

    * Send quotes for benchmarking.
    * Conduct preliminary review and negotiation.
    

    Additional Responsibilities include:

    * Faculty Group Practice (FGP) Onboarding and Off boarding 
    * Draft and distribute Termination Letters
    * Manage/Facilitate contracted vendor account setups or Payment work follow ups 
    * Credit/Account Applications assistance
    * Supplier Onboard/Supplier Updates assistance
    * Match Exceptions assistance
    * Off Contract Spend 
    * AP/Finance troubleshooting and support
    * Rebate & Savings Tracker Maintenance
    * Other duties as assigned
    

    Minimum Qualifications:
    To qualify you must have a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
    Some knowledge of the sourcing/procurement process
    Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)
    Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Strong analytical skills in gathering data and reporting
    Strong interpersonal skills with an attention to detail, follow through and accountability
    Team player, contributes to the larger group in order to complete tasks
    Self-starter, ability to lead assigned responsibilities with minimal direction
    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    Strong time management skills, ability to meet deadlines on a timely basis
    History working collaboratively with cross functional teams is a plus

    NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $67,771.14 - $71,656.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
