The Senior Reports Developer will be a member of the Epic Clarity Reports team dedicated to the design and development of reports and analytics solutions for our Clinically Integrated Network.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of development with the SAP BusinessObjects suite which includes Crystal and WebI reports that are connected to Epic Clarity, Caboodle and an Enterprise Warehouse database(s).

• Minimum 2 years’ experience is required that includes the design, development, testing and troubleshooting of Epic Clarity clinical, financial, and/or operational reports.
• BA/BS Degree is preferred.
• Epic Clarity certifications are a definitive plus and areas of preferred expertise are Ambulatory, Cadence, OpTime, ASAP, ADT, and Professional Billing.
• Proficiency in SQL query development and optimization in both Oracle and Microsoft is a must.
• Knowledge of Epic Caboodle database, Reporting Workbench, Radar and SlicerDicer applications is also preferred.
• Knowledge and experience of reports development though SAP Universes a definitive plus.
• Experience with development of Tableau front end visualizations along with backend structures a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

  • Perform analysis, development, and testing of complex clinical and analytical reports with minimal supervision.
  • Perform thorough testing and quality assessment on new reports and changes to existing reports to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Recommend appropriate tools and solutions based on depth of reporting and technological expertise.
  • Design and develop high-efficiency reports solutions based on end-user requirements.
  • Understand Epic EMR front and backend workflows as they relate to the report requests.
  • Interact and communicate well at all levels of the organization.
  • Engage in intra and inter-departmental reports build and development collaboration.
