    Position Summary

    We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Contract Analyst (FGP-Faculty Group Practice).

    The FGP Sourcing Administrator reports directly to the FGP Sourcing Manager. The Sourcing Administrator will assist the FGP Sourcing Team with various administrative tasks associated with the contracting/procurement process, including contract management, Item Management, Capital/Asset Benchmarking, drafting simple contract documents, and a limited amount of administrative office duties as assigned.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

    • Upload all fully executed agreements within the contract repository database
    • Provide and review relevant reporting upcoming repository expirations (30/60/90/120)
    • Reach out to end users and Supply Chain Management (SCM) team for expiring repository contracts
    • Update actioned contract extensions to the CMT tool as negotiated by Sourcing
    • Upload price files, notes, for GPO and Local contracts within the CMT tool
    • Service Contract reconciliation against Clinical Engineering Asset Management report
    • Manage leases - External NYU Customer Service/End User Inquiry’s and support

    ITEM MANAGEMENT

    • PSR product add
    • Request and track Prodigo Files
    • Add/Removal of items from ERP

     CAPITAL/ASSET BENCHMARKING:

    • Send quotes for benchmarking.
    • Conduct preliminary review and negotiation.
    • Faculty Group Practice (FGP) Onboarding and Off boarding
    • Draft and distribute Termination Letters
    • Manage/Facilitate contracted vendor account setups
    • Credit/Account Applications assistance
    • Supplier Onboard/Supplier Updates assistance
    • Match Exceptions assistance
    • Off Contract Spend
    • AP/Finance troubleshooting and support
    • Rebate Tracker Maintenance
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Some knowledge of the sourcing/procurement process
    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical skills in gathering data and reporting
    • Strong interpersonal skills with an attention to detail, follow through and accountability
    • Team player, contributes to the larger group in order to complete tasks
    • Self-starter, ability to lead assigned responsibilities with minimal direction
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong time management skills, ability to meet deadlines on a timely basis
    • History working collaboratively with cross functional teams is a plus
