    POSITION SUMMARY: We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Informatics & Revenue Analyst. In this role, the successful candidate Position Summary:Responsible for providing real time and retrospective charge capture review to monitor/ensure that Cardiac Catherization and Cardiac Electrophysiology reimbursements meet expectations (requires tight interfacing with Supply Chain Management, Finance-Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, Managed Care Contracting, and departmental team members); including knowledge of Inventory Utilization, Data integrity, Database management, supply and procedural charge capture, front-end IT issues. Responsible for developing and maintaining the PMM/Witt/Eagle chargemaster crosswalk and managing data reporting (e.g., KPI, Scorecard, monthly volume reports, etc.).

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Performs real time daily audits of supply and procedural charges. Ensures charge capture for supplies used. Audits inventory documentation versus WITT documentation. Assures that audited data integrates to billing and reorder.
    • Develops and maintains the PMM/Witt/Eagle CDM crosswalk for supplies and procedures. Tracks implantable device utilization. Maintains implantable device registry and produces utilization data.
    • Analyzes and tracks case costing, and financial indicators against budget. Evaluates proposed purchases and demonstrates impact on budget.
    • Participates in Value Analysis Committee for new item/pricing approval. Contributes reimbursement analysis and competing product analysis.
    • Assists Administrative Director with data requests, usage reports, etc.; manages database of cases; generates volume reports for KPI, Scorecard, etc.
    • Analyzes data and presents findings, both verbally and in writing. Liaises with Supply Chain Management, Finance-Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, Managed Care Contracting, and departmental team members to resolves issues and conflicts. Tracks missing orders.
    • Participates in scheduled meetings relevant to scope of responsibilities.
    • Administers areas related operations; oversees Cath Lab equipment and maintenance; evaluates and reviews all new supplies/technology with appropriate clinical staff; manages equipment with vendors and service contracts (i.e., Witt/Prucka/Lumedx).
    • Oversees user database maintenance in Witt/Prucka/Lumedx/ACT and other lab testing devices. Trains staff on usage of systems including but not limited to WITT and Lumedx.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To qualify you must have a Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors Degree. Minimum of two years relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Including experience with inventory utilization, data integrity, database management, supply and procedural charge capture, front-end IT issues. Knowledge of government and non-government reimbursement payment methodologies to validate/audit reimbursement realization and validate IP/OP conversions. Knowledge of hospital financial system; including HCPCS and Revenue Codes.
