Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Program Director- Healthy Monday for Hospitals Program (Integrative Health).
In this role, the successful candidate There is a strong demand for effective programs to address the wellness needs of staff, which became more acute during the pandemic. The prevailing recommendation across stakeholders is to focus on stress reduction and emotional well-being, particularly among front line healthcare workers. Hospitals value original, engaging, and creative material that promotes positive, validated health practices and are actively seeking out ways to improve programming for staff. Hospitals also appreciate the Monday cue because it gives them an opportunity to promote services every week. This work can be seen as adjunctive instead of competing with hospital-owned and branded wellness programming. Healthy Monday's for Hospitals program will focus on the largest workforce of frontline caregivers - nurses and expand the audience over time and in collaboration with consortium members.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Healthy Monday's for Hospitals program by contributing to the development, implementation and success of Healthy Monday's projects and initiatives
- This position will create and implement a national plan for dissemination to nursing partners across the country as well as non- nursing partners as time and resources allow.
- Represents and disseminate Healthy Monday's for Hospitals successes within the NYU Langone Community in senior leadership meetings, nursing and human resource forums sharing programmatic components and program successes
- Coordinates project communication with the Healthy Monday's for Hospitals consortium and liaise with key teams across NYU Langone, perform ad hoc data analysis to support project planning and track key milestones and progress including research objectives and metrics.
- Provides project management support for Healthy Monday's for Hospitals consortium meetings including agendas, key decisions, and assemble and maintain Healthy Monday's for Hospitals resources, project plans and documentation of project progress and deliverables.
Identifies research objectives and metrics for measuring impact and outcomes in collaboration with the Lerner Assistant Director of Research
- Develops a plan for sustainability of the program including a clear agenda for growth and dissemination of the Healthy Monday for Hospitals program and how the program can evolve with new ideas that impact hospitals, their employees and patients and families
- Determines annual goals for the Healthy Monday for Hospitals program and a vision for growing the consortium
- Collaborates with Grace Communications team, determine additional Healthy Monday web page resources that might be needed as part of the Lerner Health Promotion website
In addition to the Healthy Monday for Hospitals Program the Program Director will have responsibilities that meet and support the Nursing Strategic Plan as directed by the Chief Nursing Officer.
This position works at the level of the NYU Langone Health System

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Masters degree ( MSN, MBA, MPH) required or Bachelors Degree with equivalent combination of education/experience. Minimum experience of three years in a leadership position and 5 years in healthcare. Programmatic responsibility and demonstrated outcomes desired. NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $138,098.48 - $230,164.48 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
