POSITION SUMMARY: We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Contract Analyst. In this role, the successful candidate Partnering closely with the legal and supply chain department, he/she ensures that all contracts and purchases are executed to NYUs standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Negotiates statements of work and contract terms for MCIT
Review all bids/or contracts for issues or inconsistencies and correct as required. Work with Legal department to draft and modify licensing and service contract terms and statements in accordance with NYULMC policies, customer specification & legal requirements
Administers the contract management process under the direction of their supervisor.
With oversight by Senior Director, draft and modify licensing and service contract terms and statement in accordance with NYULMC polices, customer specifications and legal requirements
Working with the MCIT and SCM sourcing team to identify and document how purchases are sourced and if the purchase needs additional sourcing before being purchased.
EDUCATION AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of college degree and a minimum of 4 years relevant work experience or equivalent combination.
Ability to identify, research, and resolve problems as well as follow through on assignments with minimum direction.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Assist and assess Customer needs in order to complete contractual transactions such as: Invoices, quotes, Statements of Work, and Work Orders. The Analyst will provide necessary training and hands-on assistance in areas of Contract transactional processing.
Have a strong understanding of functionality, features, requirements, and processes related to the following systems: o PeopleSoft eProcurement (Enterprise) o PeopleSoft Sourcing WorkCenter (PeopleSoft Module) o PeopleSoft Business Intelligence (Enterprise) o ZenDesk Support, Chat, Knowledgebase Modules (IT Ticketing Support System)
Track, and Report on Outstanding intakes via IT Ticketing Support System, as well as provide status updates within MCIT Sourcing WorkCenter (Peoplesoft Module) comments to keep end-customers updated about the progress of their intakes.
Apply Subject Matter Expert experience from daily operations of the Sourcing WorkCenter to propose ideas for process Improvement that have a high probability to improve flow, eliminate mistakes, and increase the speed of intake processing.
Notify Contract Management of potential issues regarding intakes and proper escalation.
Accountable for completion of all emergency and expedited contracts to ensure they are properly handled. This includes the timely processing, execution of the communication to the vendor and the requestor, and contract completion.
Engage other functional areas such as IT Finance, IT Sourcing, IT Security when necessary in order to facilitate transaction completion.
Collaborate with IT Business Services Associate to ensure that all intake metadata is accurately captured in the MCIT WorkCenter. This includes due dates, Chartfields, funding, justifications, non-competes, attachments.
Responsible to verify all transactions against the Master and if there is no Master in place address them accordingly with Contracts Management.
Responsible to keep compliant of the Contract Management SLAs related to Customer Experience Satisfaction, processing times, and integrity of information in contracts processed.
The Analyst will utilize the IT Ticketing Support System (Issue Tracking, Email Integration, Chat, and Phone) to document, track, and respond to customers within acceptable SLAs in order to complete transactions.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $61,475.67 - $102,459.45 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
