    Position Summary:
    We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Facilities Support Specialist.

    This position will be responsible for implementing, monitoring and maintaining facilities Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in accordance with established procedures

    Job Responsibilities:

    * Assist in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) implementation, testing end user processes and documenting business requirements, workflow process, data mapping and migration, current and future state of integration diagrams, functional design documents, test cases
    * Collaborate with facilities operations to standardize functionality across campuses and establish the procedures of inputting data into CMMS and the workflows that can properly keeping work order status and preventative maintenance schedules up to date 
    * Develop and maintain system workflow and configuration and routinely monitor data transfer from and to CMMS 
    * Log and track problems and work tickets with external vendor support
    * Manage user access and accounts and perform user setup configuration including permissions levels and user security roles including adding, disabling and updating user access
    * Provide technical support and user trainings on CMMS system and develop and maintain training plans and training materials
    * Lead system change management including prioritizing change requests, assessing their impact and documenting change management processes and change plans
    * Oversee upgrades and modifications to CMMS 
    * Maintain business rules, functional requirements, technical and process specifications and integration requirements
    * Establish and maintain the standards of system nomenclature, business processes and system security to drive data consistency and workflow standardization, and optimize facilities operations
    * Maintain accurate asset inventory in CMMS and ensure assets are up to date and have appropriate PM assigned and all add/delete requests are processed timely
    * Manage data integrity in CMMS and perform system QA/QC to identify data anomalies and deficiencies
    * Manage reporting requirements and develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs 
    * Analyze work order performance and drive actions to meet established performance metrics in facilities operations
    * Develop and maintain knowledge of best practices and trends in CMMS industry 
    * Identify opportunities for workflow enhancement, efficiency improvement and risk mitigation and provide continuous system improvement by monitoring and evaluating current practices and translate new requirements into actionable solutions
    * Perform other duties as assigned
    

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree
    • 3 years of relevant experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in facilities management, information technology, computer science, engineering, business administration, or relevant work experience
    • At least 3 years of work experience in CMMS administration or a relevant setting
    • Must be organized, detailed-orientated, dependable and flexible
    • Have excellent oral/written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding design and implementation

    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects as business needs change
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
    • Prefer minimum 2 years of work experience in Accruent's Maintenance Connection or other CMMS platforms

    NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $67,771.14 - $112,951.35 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
