POSITION SUMMARY: We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Assistant I/II. In this role, the successful candidate is primarily responsible for updating and recording information into the project and financial systems as assigned by supervisor. Responsibilities include assignments that need to be performed on a routine, ongoing basis or one-time special projects as assigned. Training on systems/applications is provided by the department. Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, REDF Technology Systems & Operations, this role manages REDF's front end Service and Support Center, oversees the team of project assistants responsible for the systems data entry for all of REDF, manages the central redf.ps and redf.info mailbox and vendor support line. Responsible to ensure that REDF delivers excellent customer service to both REDF Unifier users, internal constituents and external vendors. Primary responsibilities include:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To qualify you must have an Associate or Bachelor's degree with a business, financial or computer concentration preferred but not required. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly excel, knowledge of MS Access preferred. Ability to multitask; strong attention to detail; self-motivation, willingness to take initiative and work as a team; good oral and written communication skills.
