ABOUT THE POSITION The Imaging Registered Nurse has the responsibility of organizing and directing activities in accordance with nursing standards, Medicare and all other applicable federal, state and local guidelines. He/She has the responsibility for medication administration, patient care pre and post procedure, knowledge of contrast reactions: recognition and treatment, pre and post procedure calls, knowledge of radiological safety regarding all treatment modalities in the department and patient education.

Monday - Wednesday 7:30a-4:30p

Required Skills

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Minimum 2 year experience in a hospital setting
• Current State Nursing License
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be self-motivated and work well in a fast paced environment
