    ACTIVIDADES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:

    Traslados continuos a Celaya, León, Aguascalientes, Guadalajara, SJR, SLP, Morelia, Lázaro Cárdenas.

    RECLUTAMIENTO Y SELECCIÓN: publicación de vacantes, requisiciones de personal, entrevista inicial (presencial y/o telefónica), investigaciones laborales, aplicación de psicometrías, coordinar entrevistas técnicas, cierre de proceso (solicitar documentos de expediente y firmas de condiciones de contratación).

    ADMINISTRACIÓN DE PERSONAL: armado de expedientes de contratación, solicitudes de sistemas (herramientas y accesos), uniformes y EPP. Elaboración de prenómina, revisión de incidencias de nómina, solicitudes de préstamos, vacaciones, recorridos de nómina para bajas, entregas de finiquitos en las juntas de conciliación de la región, apoyo en trámites IMSS, entregas de remesas de uniformes, administración e implementación del reloj checador, constancias laborales, Coordinación de eventos.

    Required Skills Required Experience

    EXPERIENCIA

    Experiencia como generalista ( reclutamiento, nómina o pre nómina, capacitación, relaciones laborales) del área de recursos humanos mínimo de 3 a 5 años, manejando plantillas superiores a 200 empleados, trámites en la STPS y Junta de Conciliación.

    Reclutadora experimentada conozca proceso completo, preferentemente haya manejado psicometría o psicowin/pyxoom

    Experiencia en manejo de personal subordinado

    Conocimiento sólido de la Ley Federal de Trabajo

     

    ESCOLARIDAD:

    Carrera profesional terminada afín (LRI, LAE, Contador)

     

    Cuente con estabilidad laboral (indispensable)

    Disponibilidad para viajar Zona

    Licencia de manejo vigente

  • Qualifications

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Attracts new mortgage loan applications by developing relationships within the community, specifically with the real estate community; making sales calls to prospective customers.
    • Preparing and reviewing initial disclosures for borrower(s) to sign.
    • Liaison between borrower and Florida Community Bank.
    • Collecting appraisal fee from borrower prior to ordering the appraisal.
    • Reviews mortgage loans by examining application and supporting documentation; estimating credit-worthiness; calculating repayment risk.
    • Be up to date with underwriting guidelines and overlays.
    • Collect all required documentation from borrower requested by processor, underwriter, and closer.
    • Protects bank's image by keeping mortgage loan information confidential.
    • Complies with all federal regulations and bank policies.
    • Enters in all required dates in Loan system including but not limited to Application date, Withdrawal date, etc.
    • Inform Loan Coordinator when borrower is ready to lock the loan.
    • Review and sign “Loan Officer Closing Sheet” for accuracy of loan details.
    • Sends necessary re-disclosures to borrower for signature prior to closing.
    • Accomplishes bank mission by completing related results as needed.
    • This position will require the employee to register as a mortgage loan originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing system and Registry (“Registry”) and obtain a unique identifier from the Registry before engaging in mortgage loan originator activities, to maintain and renew that registration on an annual basis, to update registration information with the Registry on a timely basis, and to provide the unique identifier to consumers as required by the SAFE Act, Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z and FCB’s policies and procedures.
    • Adhere to confidentiality policy, code of ethics and follow all policies and procedures relative to Consumer Compliance laws and regulations and best practice recommendations.
    • All other duties as may be assigned by management.
