WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER, WOMEN'S FASHION

We are a fast-growing women's fashion company, looking for people to keep Nadine West a great place to work!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Dependably showing up for work everyday!
• Lead and motivate staff with a great attitude, and positive energy.
• Provide performance based feedback and coaching to staff.
• Audit employee process compliance and provide coaching.
• Communicate effectively and follow standard procedures.
• Handle employee issues: diffuse when appropriate, and escalate when appropriate. (We will provide training and guidelines.)

EXPERIENCE:

• Some experience in training, motivating and coaching hourly associates.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• On your feet for 8 hours a day in a pick and pack fulfillment center.

 COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• Full time: $16-$20 /hour (depending on experience and expertise)
• Health Insurance
• PTO
