SUMMARY: Depending on the department, warehouse associates will pick, pack, ship, process returns and/or manage inventory. Warehouse Associates will follow strict checklists for performing tasks flawlessly for every single order. Every single time.  Team Leaders and Supervisors provide clear guidance and training for all employees to thrive. PAY AND SCHEDULE: Starting at $13/hr with a chance for rapid promotion. Bonuses are performance based and happen frequently.  There is a path to promotion and advancement to management and supervisor roles.We're flexible on when a shift starts and ends, but it must be consistent. Most are 3 pm - 10 pm. 

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Following a strict process with great discipline. Dependably capable of hitting daily targets and goals.Maintain pace and consistency in speed and quality of work.Clearly communicate with team members.Easily use a computer to operate our Warehouse Management System (WMS). Physical Demands and Work Environment: Must be able to stand and walk for entire shifts, up to 8 hours ( up to 6 hours for PT). Ability to generally balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.Ability to lift/move 10 to 20 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.Ability to tolerate temperature fluctuations in a non-climate controlled warehouse setting.
