Sales Administration Coordinator

Position Summary:

The Sales Administration coordinator ensures the order processing and execution of US Kudelski Security client sales orders and maintains a proper follow-up of these activities. They report to the Sales Execution Director.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure sales orders execution according to contracts, client purchase orders and presales information by assuming a key user position from Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to Dynamics 365 (ERP)
• Understand Statements of Work/Proposals/Client Purchases to ensure appropriate order processing and related revenue recognition
• Process order acknowledgements, 3rd party purchase orders when needed and generate billings to clients according to contractual obligations, terms and conditions
• Assume revenue recognition scheme using different types of projects in line with internal accounting rules
• Proactively communicate with sales team, operations and internal units to align ongoing commercial activities and sales process
• Support internal transversal processes and reporting working with GL Accounting, Procurement, Accounts Payables, Project Management and Operations
• Maintain files and databases
• Suggest improvements and simplifications; implement changes upon request from management

Your Key Qualities and Skills

• Three+ years’ experience in a full-time billing or sales operations role, preferably with an international team
• Strong Excel skills
• Common sense and problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Deadline and detail oriented
• Preferred: ERP knowledge and/or Microsoft AX experience, Microsoft 0365 ideally, AX2012 or NAV
