Compensation Structure:

Three clear experience levels with opportunities for advancement

Junior Technician: $24.50 - $28.60 per hour (with bonuses and tips)

Senior Technician: $26.40 - $33.85 per hour (with bonuses and tips)

Master Technician: $29.00 - $39.13 per hour (with bonuses and tips)

Paid, on-the-job training to excel through the levels

Team and individual performance bonuses.

Base pay even when not booked with appointments.

$1,000 - $2,000 in tips that are 100% yours to keep!

Our Schedule Our salon hours are 10am - 6pm/7pm depending on the day

Greets customers with a smile and friendly conversation while assisting them

Provides exceptional manicures and pedicures

Educates guests on the membership program, retail products, and rebooking

Helps maintain our professional-grade cleaning standards

Uses skills and knowledge to contribute to Frenchies' monthly team goals

Brings good vibes to studio staff and clientele

Qualifications

Licensed manicurist or cosmetologist - if you don't have this, check out SBCC in Santa Barbara or Lu Ross in Ventura.
