    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assume overall responsibility for sales growth and profitable operations
    • People management – including directing others, delegation, managing and measuring work, resolving conflicts, and negotiating with others
    • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff
    • Customer focus – including meeting client needs and having a service orientation
    • System and process management – monitoring processes, administrative activities, maximizing the system and process
    • Participate in the development and updating of a marketing plan
    • Manage inventory
    • Financial- budgets, p&l, reporting

    ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Demonstration of ethical and effective managerial and leadership skills
    • Computer skill-knowledge of computer workstations and peripheral equipment, knowledge of database, spreadsheet and work processing software
    • Day hours with some weekend needs
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience
    • Ability to multitask and detail-oriented

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of operational leadership experience required, or an equivalent combination
    • Communication – effective communication skills and relationship-building with those inside and outside of the Company
    • Time management – organization, planning, scheduling, multi-tasking
    • Problem solving – creative and critical thinking, decision making
