Nami Nori is the first concept to specialize in open-style sushi hand rolls in New York City. Our mission is to create a devoted fan following for temaki through “omotenashi”, the Japanese art of gracious hospitality. POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for prepping and packing goods up to the amount of business’s need and providing culinary and porter/cleaning support to the commissary kitchen as assigned by Chef on Duty.
