Part Time Caregiver/household assistant needed for a sweetly-spirited and intelligent 14 year old autistic boy. He doesn’t communicate with words, but can communicate through signs, a program on his iPad, or gesturing and leading. Looking for someone to help with his self-care routine in the mornings, or possibly waking him up and getting him ready for his day. Additional duties include preparing and helping with breakfast, changing bedding if needed, getting laundry started, interacting with therapists during transitions, light housekeeping just to keep everything clean and tidy (deep cleaners come once a week), put away groceries, some meal prep, and occasional errands. Must be comfortable around pets, there are 2 dogs at the home. Proactive and a team player. MALE CANDIDATES/MALE CAREGIVERS ARE WELCOME TO APPLY!

• Pay: $22-$25 per hour
• Start date: May 27th - August 30th, 4 month position
• Monday-Friday 8am-12pm
• Guaranteed hours every week
• Week of July 29th will be off
• Benefits: PTO & Major holidays

Requirements:

• Must have relevant experience
• Valid driver's license and vehicle
• Provide 3-5 professional references
