Seeking a caring and experienced Live-In Nanny for a family with four children, aged 2 , 3 & 7-years-old, and a 2 month old. There is currently a baby nurse for the 2 month old at the home. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for the children's well-being and development. The nanny will play a crucial role in supporting the daily routines, educational activities, and recreational needs of the children. Looking for someone who is a team player and is comfortable working with other staff in the home.
- Pay: $93,600 per year

- Hours: WEDNESDAY-SUNDAY 8:00AM-6:00 PM
- Weekend Hours Required
- Guaranteed hours every week
- Benefits: 2 weeks PTO, 2-4 sick/personal days, major holidays paid/off

Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and compassionate care to four children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Create a stimulating and educational environment by planning age-appropriate activities and playtime.
- Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation, feeding, bathing, and bedtime routines.
- Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere, encouraging positive behavior and social skills.
- Collaborate with parents to ensure consistency in parenting approaches and routines.
- Organize and supervise outdoor activities, playdates, and educational outings.
- Monitor and address the children's emotional and developmental needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized living space, including children's play areas and bedrooms.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding the children's daily activities, achievements, and any concerns.
- Adhere to any specific guidelines provided by the parents regarding dietary restrictions, medical requirements, or other special considerations.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle (work vehicle will be provided)
- Proven experience as a career Nanny with excellent references.
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.
- Current Pediatric & Adult CPR/First Aid/AED Certification
- Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Reliable transportation to assist with school pickups, extracurricular activities, and outings.
