• Boating Experience: Proficiency in operating and maintenance of different types of boats.

Responsibilities include:

• Property Oversight: Conduct regular inspections of our prestigious properties in Cape Cod and Nantucket, ensuring they meet the highest standards of maintenance and presentation.
• Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with vendors and contractors, and coordinating their services.
• Project Assistance: Collaborate in the planning and execution of property improvement projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Landscape Supervision: Oversee landscaping activities to maintain outdoor spaces.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a dedicated team to optimize operations.

• Client Preparation: Prepare our properties to perfection for client arrivals.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay: $135,000 per year
• Start date: ASAP
• Full Time 40-50 hours per week
