    We are looking for a Full-Time New Product Introduction Engineer to support Technical teams in the scale-up and licensing of new technologies.

    THIS PERSON WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WORKING CLOSELY WITH:

    • TECHNOLOGY LICENSEES TO:
      • Plan, direct, and manage the successful implementation of internally-scaled production processes
      • Support the successful setup and transfer of scaled production processes
      • Support the debugging of production processes and equipment
    • NANORAMIC TECHNICAL TEAMS TO:
      • Oversee and guide the design, development, and documentation of the product development process
      • Helping to identify production scale equipment
      • Analyze and recommend improvements to all production processes and methods to facilitate cost reduction and quality improvement.
    • NANORAMIC MANUFACTURING TEAM TO:
      • Assist in the set up of pilot-scale production lines
      • Manage and implement engineering change orders
      • Maintain up-to-date process documentation
      • Analyze production workflows and streamline to increase internal production efficiency
      • Coordinate with senior management and maintain knowledge on product status and prepare appropriate reports.
