    Nanoramic is looking for exceptional People Partners to join our growing R&D and Business Development teams. We are experiencing rapid growth, so you should be comfortable (and actually thrive) in a deeply dynamic environment. We are building many programs and processes from scratch and need team members to support this growth in a disciplined and agile manner.

    The focus of this position is working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines. There is a need for an effective communicator, someone who is able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns.  The person in this position must be friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of others, including the company, its management, the team, the company's customers, or all of the above. A persuasive, teaching style of communication is required to communicate the company's policies, programs, and systems. A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. Detail work is a major focus of the job, and those details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently. As time is usually a factor, the work must be done on time, as well as correctly. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    You will enable and monitor advanced agile practices, providing continuous support to fast growing teams including designing self-organizing teams, recruitment, on boarding, continuous learning and education, career planning, performance management as well as reinforcing company values and rituals.  And all this informed by data.

    • Implement new and iterate on existing people initiatives and programs.
    • Thoughtfully analyze people data across a variety of sources to identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity.
    • Coach and guide managers and employees on all things people related, including recruitment, onboarding, organizational design, performance management, career development, etc..
    • Assist with the communication and rollout of updated or new people programs.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • BA degree 
    • Ability to collaborate and proactively communicate across locations
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and come up with creative solutions
