    The key responsibilities of the open college-level intern position are listed below. Please note that this will be a collaborative experience, and while there are set tasks that will completed throughout the internship, there is the opportunity to collaborate on special projects and tasks that are of special interest to the intern.

    PEOPLE AND OPERATIONS INTERN KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in completing company-wide projects and process improvements Assist in facilitation of community involvement (Including volunteer outreach, education days, Lunch & Learns, and all-company meetings) Support managers to define roles, responsibilities, required skills and behavioral traits in a structured way Monitor employee engagement, address areas for improvement and develop new initiatives based on employee feedback

    EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS

    Must be an current undergraduate student at a Massachusetts college or university, recently graduated within the past year from a Massachusetts college or university, or be a Massachusetts resident, with proof of residency, who attends or has attended an out-of-state college or university. Students must have completed or will complete at least their freshman year of college (24 credits), the semester before the internship, or have graduated within the past calendar year.

    This internship is for SUMMER 2020, with an anticipated start date of MAY 16, 2020. This internship is funded through the Massachusetts Clean Energy Internship Program. Placement is contingent on available funding through the program.
