The essence of virtue, Western philosophy, and moral character permeates our curriculum as we seek to instill a love for knowledge and learning in our scholars.

    Science at a Classical Academy

There are four distinctive elements of science at a classical school: First, knowledge of the physical word is inherently worthwhile, regardless of whether it allows us to do anything. Secondly, the science at a classical academy should be characterized by a spirit of excellence and rigor. Third, the study should be steeped in historical context, including the reading of primary resources. Finally, the study should include the philosophy of science.
