Established Ohio Harley-Davidson dealership is seeking a Human Resource Manager to work with a growing multi-dealership company. Candidates must have previous or current HR experience, proven leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Summary Description:
This position is responsible for ensuring the HR processes and systems align employee behaviors and contribution with dealership goals. Provides the Human Resource perspective to the overall management team for three facilities. Compliance with all regulatory (governmental) reporting within the Human Resources/Safety function is within the scope of this position.

Qualification & Job Requirements:
2 years of Human Resources experience preferably in retail environment.
Demonstrated ability to develop processes for hiring, managing, and retaining quality people.
Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, general email and Internet usage).
Excellent communication skills including written and verbal/interpersonal.
Capable of maintaining confidentiality of appropriate information.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary will be based on experience. Benefits include medical insurance after 90 days and paid vacation after one year.
