OFF-SHIFT MACHINISTS NEEDED

Our new team member will be able to: setup, split stock on castings and weldments, load programs, assemble tooling, use pre-setter, and inspect parts.

We’re focused on building a clean and modern machine shop, and it all begins with individuals maintaining their workspace. In addition, you must be able to hold tolerances of +/- .001''. Managing electronic part files and solid models is a must.

Experience & Expectations:

5+ years experience on machining parts between 500 lbs. and 20,000 lbs. utilizing Boring Mills, Bridge Mills, or Gantry Mills is desired. Programming experience a plus, Mastercam is preferred. Candidate must be able to edit programs and thoroughly understand G&M code programming. We are looking for top notch candidates who can manufacture parts from start to finish with minimal interface.

You should be proficient in:

• GD&T
• G-Code
• CAD/CAM Software
• Blueprint Reading
• Quality Inspection Experience
• ISO 9001 Certification Experience

• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Dmg Mori Seiki)
• CAM Software (Mastercam)
• Boring Mill (Gidding & Lew, Doosan)
• CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) (Mitsubishi, Mazak, Dmg Mori Seiki)
• Horizontal Machining Center (3-4 axis) (Haas, Doosan, Toyoda, Dmg Mori Seiki)

Salary info:

$22 - $33 / hr
