    POSITION:Lead Android Developer/Architect

    LOCATION:San Diego , CA

    START :ASAP

     

    JobOverview: 

    Note:

    •            Lead Android Developer/Architect who is willing to learn and work primarily inKony

    •            This person needs to have some architecture experience as they will be leadingthe architectural discussions of the creation of the applications with vendorsand clients as well as offshore team (they will be screened on theirarchitectural knowledge but still also need to still be hands on with coding asthey still will be developing full time)

    •            They will be guiding/leading the meetings with offshore and leading theoffshore team/performing code reviews etc. 

    •            Need to have hands on experience with Java and some knowledge of AWS

    •            Very strong communication skills since they will be speaking directly withcustomers 

     

     

    JobDescription: 

     

    Knowledge& experience on Kony framework coding/design ( good to have). 

    Android experience will be added advantage.( Must )

    Basic AWScloud knowledge

    Experiencewith web service integration with mobile app preferred.

    Goodcommunication skill and prior customer handling experience preferred

    Knowledgeand experience on Java/J2ee, pl-sql, ms-sqlserver preferred

    Previousexperience in user/technical application support/training 

    Provideclient support and technical issue resolution

    reviewanalytics dashboard, review google play store update

    haveexperience on mobile app deployment process

    Haveexperience on integration with mobile app with other system like payment

    To performanalysis and determine client problems, and document these issues

    To assistcustomers for the purpose of improving processes related to system issues

    To maintainerror logs in coordination with IT departments, and to maintain resolutionreports, too

    To offerrecommendations — based on various metrics — on how to improve the supportprocess in its entirety

    Examineevidence to determine the best strategy for exploitation, in consultation withother subject matter experts as needed.
