Narwhal’s Crafted is opening its first Illinois location! We’re seeking dependable, self-motivated back-of-house prep team members to help bring our craft products to life.

This is a back-of-house prep position — not a restaurant cook or line chef role. Focus is on batch preparation, organization, and supporting the team.

What You’ll Do:

· Prepare and mix batches of Narwhal’s signature products.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient prep area.

· Manage your workflow independently while meeting quality and time standards.

· Ensure products are ready when needed to support the team.

Who You Are & Qualifications:

· Self-sufficient and accountable — take pride in your work.

· Detail-oriented and efficient — keep things clean, organized, and consistent.

· Great multitasker — able to juggle multiple tasks without losing focus.

· Positive and team-minded — contribute to an upbeat, hardworking culture.

· High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

· Must be at least 21 years old.

· ServSafe Certification (company-paid).

· Prior restaurant experience preferred.

Position Details:

· Part-Time (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

· Days off: Flexible

· Must be available Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays

· Enjoy more off-peak hours than traditional bar roles
