We are looking for a Shift Leader to oversee operations and workers during scheduled shifts. The Shift Leader responsibilities include leading your team to provide excellent customer service, making sure you are staffed on your shift, solving last-minute team member call-ins using our on-call program, managing cash, resolving conflicts with guests, checking inventory, and making sure all equipment is in working condition. Ultimately, you will ensure all aspects of your shift run smoothly and effectively. If you’re a leader committed to quality service and have experience in our industry, we’d like to meet you.
