Responsibilities:

Participates as a part of the Front of the House team to greet and serve our guests with a smile!

Completes transactions accurately with our guests at the register.

Delivers each order accurately and with a smile to our guests.

Helps the team maintain and clean and organized dining room.

Provides excellent customer service to our guests by anticipating needs, being kind, being helpful, and going one step further to deliver a memorable experience.

Keeps a positive attitude and upholds the values and culture of NASHBIRD.

Skills:

Proven experience as a food runner, server, cashier, or customer service representative.

Knowledge of the industry and relevant health and safety regulations.

Commitment to excellent service.

Working well within a team.

Leadership skills and ability to make decisions fast.

Strong problem-solving aptitude.

Ability to stand for long periods.

High school diploma is preferred.
