    General Manager – Nashville Market

    Lee Roofing is expanding into Nashville and is seeking a driven, experienced General Manager to lead and grow this market.

    This role is designed for a leader who understands roofing, insurance restoration, and high-performance sales teams. The General Manager will be responsible for building the Nashville division, recruiting and leading a sales team, and driving strong revenue growth while maintaining high operational standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    Market Leadership

    Lead the launch and growth of the Nashville market

    Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing roofing sales team

    Establish Lee Roofing as a trusted brand in the Nashville area

    Sales Leadership

    Drive consistent sales performance through coaching and leadership

    Lead daily and weekly accountability with the sales team

    Train reps on inspections, homeowner consultations, and closing roofing projects

    Insurance Restoration Expertise

    Guide the team in working with homeowners through insurance roofing claims

    Ensure proper documentation, inspection processes, and claim coordination

    Maintain strong relationships with homeowners and insurance adjusters

    Operations Oversight

    Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects are installed correctly and efficiently

    Maintain high standards for job quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

    Monitor job progress from contract through completion

    Financial Performance

    Drive revenue growth and market expansion

    Maintain strong margins and operational efficiency

    Monitor branch performance and team productivity

    Compensation
