CUSTOMER SERVICE FUNCTIONS:

• Providing stellar customer service and support to B2B customers
• Placing custom orders for company events, schools, Museums, amusement parks and much more.
• Handling vendor relations, working with unique custom orders and budgets.
• Handle all orders from order placement from beginning to end. Including, but is not limited to, verifying pricing, processing virtual proofs, quotes and order entry.
• Follow up on open samples, open quotes and proposals to clients as needed for Sales to gain final approval from client.
• Maintain great customer service and pleasant communication with all new and existing clients.
• Continually develop new product knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Must have at least 2 years' experience processing custom orders
• Must be highly detail oriented and accurate and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
