NASSAU CANDY IS A PREMIER MANUFACTURER, IMPORTER AND DISTRIBUTOR OF CANDY, SPECIALTY CONFECTIONS, GOURMET FOODS AND CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS.
We are seeking a strong CUSTOMER RELATIONS SPECIALIST to join our candy distribution division.
The Customer Relations Specialist is focused on understanding and supporting the needs of our customers and connecting individuals to the right Nassau Candy Team Member. This entails fully supporting the online lead request process to qualify leads, assign potential accounts to our sales team, process web registrations, and assign customer service tickets.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a Customer Service or related field. Experience supporting Sales in a CPG organization is preferred.
