CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL

FULL-TIME

Natalie’s Orchid Island Juice Company is currently seeking a Customer Service Professional to join our team! You will be responsible for answering phones, interacting with customers and entering orders into the system for our company.

Natalie’s is a 30-year old family owned business selling the world’s highest quality, made to order juices and holistic beverages to both domestic and international markets. www.orchidislandjuice.com

The successful candidate must be detail oriented, accurate and able to meet deadlines. Must have previous Customer Service experience and proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer phones and greet guests
• Obtain customer orders and enter into the computer system
• Check the accuracy of orders
• Perform data entry and administrative duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in Customer Service
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
